RODRIGO AT 90 is an intimate portrait of the man who - at the time - was Spain's, and perhaps the world's, best known living composer of classical music. Joaquin Rodrigo's compositions are considered among the 20th century's best loved works.
At the age of ninety, he had lived a life filled with as much tragedy as joy, and his belief in demons rivaled his belief in God - but his art maintained an outlook which was as sunny as the land from which it came.
The DVD version of this program is recorded on DVD-R which is not compatible with some older DVD players. See the new DVD page for more details.
