eventually it lands up in a landfill.
It's time to rethink how we can reduce, substitute, or
eliminate pollution in the first place. Preventing pollution
helps the environment, saves resources, and can make a
substantial improvement in a business's bottom line.
Various examples of effective rethinking in industry are
given, from a national brewery to a hotel chain to an urban
landscaping company. Then each one of us is challenged to
rethink our own lifestyles and see how we can eliminate
harmful chemicals and wasteful practices at home.
